Renee Kamaretsos

Renee is a professional artist renowned for capturing mood, harmony, and a rich palette of colors in her captivating works. Her journey as an artist took an exciting turn when she and her family relocated to Greece. Settling into her new environment, Renee reignited her passion for painting and immersed herself in artistic studies, taking classes in Athens and Paris to broaden her skills.

Her enthusiasm quickly caught the attention of fellow expats, leading her to create a small community of women who gathered weekly at her home to enjoy wine and explore new artistic techniques together. After several enriching years in Greece and France, and extensive travels across Europe, Renee returned to Australia. There, she formalized her artistic education by completing a four-year Advanced Diploma in Fine Arts.

With boundless energy and a deep enthusiasm for painting, Renee works across various genres and mediums, including the fluidity of ink, the freedom of watercolor, and the textured depth of impasto. Her subjects span from expansive landscapes to the vastness of the ocean, each piece reflecting her embrace of color and texture. As a full-time practicing artist, Renee continues to explore and celebrate the vibrant world of art with both passion and expertise.
