Holly Eva is a contemporary artist celebrated for her minimalist abstract still life’s and abstract figurative paintings, characterised by a thoughtful blend of intuition and vibrancy. Born in Camden and raised in the surfing culture of Avoca Beach from the age of 9, Eva, now 48, creates daily from her studio at the Bulli Timbermill. Her paintings, described as both calming and exhilarating, reflect her deep connection to colour and her intuitive approach to art making.
Eva’s work has garnered international collectors and has been featured in exhibitions across Sydney and the south coast. Her art has been showcased on Channel 9’s The Block Shop, My Kitchen Rules, Selling Houses Australia, and in Belle Magazine. She has exhibited at prestigious venues and participated in five Sydney art fairs. Eva’s collectors include NRL coach Trent Robinson and Australian of the Year 2023, Taryn Brumfitt.
Mentored by prominent Australian artists including Amanda Penrose Hart, Jo Bertini, Idris Murphy, Elisabeth Cummings, and Ross Laurie, Eva’s commitment to her craft is evident in her growing stature as a highly sought-after artist.
